5 Star Review: Integrity and loyalty are the two words that come to mind when thinking about Dan. This was the second time we worked with Dan to purchase a house and the first time selling. The results speak for themselves. We sold our house in 48 hours, had nearly 30 showings, multiple offers, and never made it  to our open house date. Dan’s game plan was perfect from day one. He had the perfect prep plan, pricing plan, and listing strategy. Best of all, it was a partnership from the beginning. Dan led us the entire way but it was always our final decision on what to do. One of the most impressive things was just how much Dan remembered from the purchase of the house we were leaving, including the specifics of the inspection report. In terms of buying, again, Dan used his knowledge of us and built a great base of houses. On tours he stepped back and let us take in each house, never trying to sell us the features but always there with answers and suggestions. Ultimately, we debated between two houses and once we made the decision, Dan was there to get us through what was an extremely painless process. I think the most important thing I can say about Dan was the we truly felt like we were Dan’s only client for 3 months (we weren’t). He was always there for us whenever we needed him to be and that is exactly what you need as a home buyer and seller. I hope it’s another 30+ years before we have to buy/sell, but if for some reason that’s not the case, Dan will be the first person we call.
